Seasoned investor looking for $150,000

I am a seasoned real estate investor in Montana.  I own 55 properties here as well as a real estate company.  I am a Broker and we also do property management.  Currently under contract on an 8plex with great cash-flow and we are also purchasing it under value.  Looking for a private money lender that would be willing to finance $150,000.  We are willing to offer collateral of other properties that we currently own.  Please let me know if you are interested.  We have excellent references and have done several private money deals in the past.  Thanks!
