Brand new septic tank and related plumbing. Roof in very good condition. Full wood privacy fence for the back yard and steel fence for the front.

Current tenant pays $650 rent and has been in the house for 3 years. Rent can likely be raised to $700-$750 in upcoming years. Home is in excellent condition with wood laminate floors.
