Hello everyone, I'm looking for a direct private lender to provide financing on a well located SFR in Mar Vista, CA (90066). Property is owned free and clear. Purchased in 2014. Current value: $2.4 M. We have 2 appraisal reports about 2 weeks old. The borrowers are very strong. Both MD's, excellent credit, plenty of reserves, very high income figures. Can provide all financials. Th reason they need private financing is because the home is being run as a sober living home. It has about 9 bedrooms, which conventional lenders shy away from. The property itself is very nice inside and out, I walked through the home personally. If I had the money, I would lend it myself They need the cash for improvements to the home as well as working capital for their medical practice, which again, is very profitable.
