Hello,

Large block Brandon home. Very close to the local high school. There is an unrepaired sinkhole on the property. The cheapest quote we've gotten back so far is 40-45k. ARV has been accordingly adjusted. Other than that, some updates would bring you up to an ARV or 199k.
