Im looking to sell 150 properties nationwide. I own these assets and am looking to sell all 150 properties in one sale for $4,400/door.

Buyer to purchase properties "as-is" with responsibility for all liabilities associated with the property (i.e. outstanding taxes, liens, etc.). Title to transfer via quit claim deed (we will prepare).
