Hello Bp'ers looking for financing on either a 6 unit deal or an 8 unit deal in the Milwaukee market and came across Visio rental 360 buy and hold loan product.  http://www.visiolending.com/loan-selector/ According to the press release their loans start at 6.99% and go up 10% or more at a fixed rate with relatively long amortizations.

I wanted to get an idea of the fees(points) and any other costs associated with the note.  If you have experience with them please share.  The loan sizes will be somewhere between 51K and 65K total assuming my bid as accepted at 68K or 87K.

Thanks in advance
