Looking to house hack in Philly

Hello BP, I'm looking to house a hack my investment first property in Philadelphia. I'm open to most areas except NE Philly (just too far out.) Does anyone have any off list du/tri/quadplex? I'm using an FHA loan so hopefully the property wont need much work. Please let me know if you come across anything or if you have one to offer.
