***San Antonio Tx Deals and Hard money***

Hey just wanted to make this quick post for any cash buyers needing deals, funding or MLS listing help.

My office offers a turn key service catered specifically for investors.

Finding the deal:

I sell 20-30 houses a month

(90% off market 60% flips)

Funding the deal:

I have in house hard money available. It's competitive if not better than

the rates I've seen from other lenders in town recently. Qualifications are not asset based so we put you in a position that won't force you to foreclose. I can guarantee the closing date even if it's less than 3 days away (worst case (happy face)).

Reselling the deal:

My office can help get your property listed and sold. My IN HOUSE listing agent has a list/sold ratio of 97% and can help get your flip sold at a DISCOUNTED commission rate and get you stared on your new project quickly.
