Milwaukee, WI retail/mixed use investment property

Hi everybody! I am looking to purchase an investment property in Milwaukee, WI on behalf of my grandfather. He is looking for a mixed use building with retail on the ground floor and either residential/ office above in the center of town (busy area!).
