GJ Ventures is a real estate investment company that focuses on acquiring, rehabbing and selling for profit single family homes throughout New Jersey.  GJ Ventures seeks a motivated individual to assist in sourcing deals throughout New Jersey.  As an investor apprentice, you will learn the rehabbing process from start to finish.  You will be paid an assignment fee for properties that GJ Ventures acquires and a percentage of profits from the sale once the properties are rehabbed.  This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to learn how to rehab homes for profit.  If you aren't hungry to learn....don't waste your or my time.
