JV partnership my cash + your credit
I have access to a non traditional lender that will lend on the after repair value.
The lender requires 20% down payment of the After repair value property price plus minimal interest payments on the loan while it is being held. I want to do a JV with someone, their credit and my cash. I have access to off market properties and have worked with investors for some time at a property management company. I look forward to hearing from people looking to enter real estate and may not have the cash but have the credit strength + 3 years of good tax returns.
