I just recently joined forces with a company that offers notes from every state in the union. They offer residential and commercial notes.  You just need to send me your specific criteria, to have the notes sent to you. For example: What kind of notes do you want to purchase? What states? What cities or counties? How much money are you budgeting to purchase? How often will you buy? These are just examples of the information we need. Please, serious investors only. Unfortunately, we cannot work with wholesalers, principles only. Please send me your specific criteria and we'll send you what you're looking for. the more specific you are, the more specific the list will be.  If you're looking to purchase every month, then you'll receive a "fresh" list every month.
