I am in search for a partner that can fund deals and I can find deals for us we share profit 50/50 , 100% lending on commercial real estate, owner finance no money down or subject to and a mentor. I can also managed property in Los Angeles county, Orange County and you can check other counties with me. I am straight forward and don't deal with drama because of gray hair.
