Hello,

I'm looking for a duplex or fourplex near or in Springfield, Missouri as I'm looking to get started in Real Estate investing and I also need a place to live for my job. I have private investors and I have also been approved for an FHA loan. If anyone has or knows of a property, please message me and let me know! Thank you
