I've run a search a few times and can't seem to find any note sellers here on the site??  Is anyone out there, Helloooo?? Lol ;)

Some people who hold and sell notes are not allowed to make a public offering to those who aren't our clients already or it makes the notes a security rather than a real estate investment vehicle.  Just reach out to note sellers, like you are, establish a relationship, like you are, and then you can have access to their performing mortgage notes.
