Greetings BP! I am in search for a seasoned investor who would like to get some tea and chat about the D.C. and Maryland properties. I am extremely focused on increasing my business and knowledge of the area. I currently have a few possible deals in the Brightwood area of D.C. that I would like to run the numbers with.
