Looking for a good Southern Mississippi Realtor
I'm looking for a good Real Estate agent in the Hattiesburg / Laurel area of Mississippi. I've called and emailed multiple agents and either haven't gotten a response at all or it takes days to get a response. I know things move a little slower in southern Mississippi but there has to be at least one go-getter agent in that area. I'm paying for my sister that lives down there to get her real estate license just so that she can be my agent to submit my offers :-) , but I still need someone to work with in the mean time. @Susan Maneck any ideas?

I'm afraid I don't know that much about the Hattiesburg area, but I would check with the HUD listings and see what realtors they use. Then you know it is someone willing to work with the cheaper properties and knows what foreclosures are available. And by the way, having your sister get a license is a good idea because then she can eventually become your property manager. I'm trying to get my nephew to do the same thing.
