I am looking for a serious investor that is looking to close out 2016 with a bang!  I have 2 properties 1 newly rehabbed 3 years ago and the second 1 only needing minor updates if you choose to.  

Both properties are rented out in good standing for $1000 and $1100 per month.  Both lease end in 2017 seller is really looking to move on from the being a land lord and wants to SELL FAST.
