$860/mo according to Zillow but you can check rentometer.com as well (I would check for you but I was blocked from searches as I do too many and they want me to pay)
Also, I would suggest if you're out of state, to do your due diligence by checking with property managers here in Milwaukee familiar with that area. I would refer you to Alex Kaster at City Wide Rentals or Ryan Pattee at Keystone Property Management as they are both familiar with these areas, managing a volume of properties and have great rates if you do decide to hire them.
