Hello Forum-

I am an owner/investor in the Broward and Dade County area of South Florida.  I have purchased, renovated and manage over 38 of my own properties in South Florida over the last 7 years.

I am now offering my management experience to owners of 1 unit up to 20 units of residential property.  My experience is in the single family through 4-plex.

I bring an owner's mentality to property management.  I answer my phone day and night and I have a solid group of responsible, cost-effective repair vendors with whom I work.
