Seeking investor or lenders for investment property
Hello everyone, my name is Paris Johnson Parada and I am the owner of Pet Friendly Rentals Company LLC based near Fort Knox, KY. As a veteran I am very familiar with the market. We offer rental properties that are pet friendly. Our motto is "Let us help you find A home for the WHOLE family".We currently have 2 properties; a 2 bedroom condo in the state of Georgia and a 4 bedroom and 2 bedroom duplexin the state of Kentucky thatare profitable. We are interested in growing to fulfill the very large demand we have and are currently seeking an investment of $25,000 to grow the company. We have located a foreclosure property that requires just a few cosmetic changes that we are able to repair quickly. This property is selling for just over $22,000 but is worth $74,000! With just these small changes the property will rent for $800 a month, yearly $9,600.We are eager and open to discuss your terms. With just a few more changes down the road the property could be worth as much as $95,000 and bring in rent of $1,300 monthly in this consistently growing city. The unit next door is also in the pre-foreclosure process! I am an experienced property manager and I have owned properties since 2006. Our process is extremely efficient and our rentals are never vacant more than 1 week. Please feel free to call or email me with any inquires at 270-801-8124 or [email protected]. We hope to hear from you soon!

@Paris JohnsonParada that is awesome you are specializing in pet friendly units. There will always be a demand for such. I would keep in mind that in the state of KY you as the landlord are liable for if you tenants dog bites someone. So try to plan accordingly for such a scenario.
