Good Chicago Property Management Company??

I recently purchased a 2-flat in the south side of Chicago and wondered if anybody had any experience with a good Property Management company. Just looking for standard upkeep of the property and contact with the tenants. Property is rehabbed so no need for any handyman. Thanks!!

@Alex Bok I just closed on a property yesterday. 64.27% Cash on Cash return. $29,000 per unit with $1188/month NOI. South side Chicago with Section 8.
