Acquisitions/Sales Associate (Manager)

I am looking for a highly self-motivated individual who has interest in wholesaling real estate in the Metro Atlanta area.  This will be 100% commission base with a very high commission rate on the acquisition and the closing of each new property.

You will be required to make contact with all of our leads we receive from multiple marketing sources.  We currently have multiple marketing strategies to obtain both buyers and sellers leads that you will be privy to.  However, you will also be expected to generate many of your own leads.  You will evaluate new investment opportunities by preparing and projecting financial information on each lead for us and our investors.  You must be able to analyze the current market and comprehend local trends in multiple areas throughout metro Atlanta.

You will work closely with our Project Manager to understand rehab budgets for each renovation. This information will be crucial to your understanding of the property when presenting it to our investors.
