At Housedealfast.com we are a fast growing Real estate firm based in Chicago. We are looking to hire exciting talent into our sales team. We are looking for someone with a tough and never giving up attitude. Real Estate experience will be a plus but not a mandate. Task and Skills: General Eye for detail Excellent English reading and writing Ability to clearly follow instructions High level of organization and ability to prioritize Self management and initiative Daily Task Get lucrative properties under contract for our organization to buy or wholesale Follow up with sellers who expressed interest in selling us properties Contact existing database of sellers to see who may be interested in selling Check email & voicemails and reply to all voicemails Setup voice blast, text blast, through callfire or other call blast services Document details of property, sellers motivation, and seller contact info in podio Maintain relationships with existing seller network by making outbound phone calls, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and setting appointments for property showings Connect buyers and sellers to properties Build network of sellers through marketing on different platforms: findmotivatedsellersnow.com, ilfls.com, zbuyer, calling probate leads, mortgage liens and deliquent taxes Weekly task Ensure that we build our database of clients consistently weekly Ensure that we are on track to reach our monthly goals each week Provide quality service to our sellers daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly Call every new person added to the database from previous week to see if they are receiving emails Make sure you are on track to complete weekly goals Follow up with various sellers weekly to see where they are in the selling process Ongoing/Revolving Task Follow up with buyer network Input and update data in contact management system Setting appointments Listen to phone recording to improve quality Send reports of what you think you did well and what you can improve Managing and organizing work flow Learning what buyers like and dislike about properties Task to complete if you are serious about this lucrative role Grammar test http://www.examenglish.com/leveltest/grammar_level_test.htm Listening test http://www.examenglish.com/leveltest/listening_level_test.htm Typing Efficiency Speed test internet connection Send a personal video explaining the following within a maximum of 10 minutes Tell me about yourself on a personal and professional level? |
