Hello,

I'm seeking an agent with solid local experience to purchase rental properties within the next 30 days. I would love to start YESTERDAY so if you're serious about closing a deal contact me asap please.  

I'm looking for SF, solid investment properties in the first ring suburbs (safe areas) of Cleveland, Akron or Youngstown Ohio. (Open to your professional opinions!) 

I'm also looking for the same for the first ring suburbs of Detroit, MI areas. 

These are the two agents that I am very eager to start working with today. Hope to hear from the right person soon. If we work together well, I do plan on purchasing multiple properties (Jan 2017) once we get this first one wrapped up this year.
