Hello BP, i have quick question. Is it important to have a mentor when starting out fresh in REI and Wholesale? Ive been trying to connect with a few people i think could relate to me in a way of how young i am starting and seeing they started outbound my age. What should i Do? I'm looking to connect with people in Detroit and or suburban Detroit areas as well as in my second home soon to be Dallas, Texas and or the surrounding areas.

having a mentor has def helped me. but its not something most successful people have time for.

so what you have to do is find ways to be helpful find ways to give them what they need most, which is to get their time back, by doing things that would normally take time away from their days.

its easy to say im new help me... you probably wont get much out of it.

now if you say hey im new, but i have this property that i found for XX and all the houses in the area are going for XXXX, im not sure how to go about it, looking for someone with experience to work with me and we can split the profit? this will most likely get someone to talk to you.
