The house will be sold fully rehabbed and rented for $2,100 per month. If you manage the property yourself, it's being sold at a 10% Cap rate. If you need us to mange the property for you, it's a 9% Cap Rate.

Property may not be fully rehabbed and rented at time of contract, But the property WILL be fully rehabbed and rented at the time of closing.
