My brother and I are looking for cash buyers that want to get notified about properties in the Toledo area. We are currently focusing on the Sylvania market, but we have located some GREAT deals in Toledo (city) that are good for rental investments/rehabs.

We are also looking for rehabbers that would like to partner on any deals that we decide to pursuit as a project as opposed to selling at wholesale.

Our goal is to make sure EVERYONE benefits...including the seller. We are extremely concerned with building lasting relationships and making sure everyone involved is ethical and positive.

We also like working with investors that want to branch out into other areas, as we operate in the Metro-Detroit, Lansing and Traverse City areas.
