Beachfront investment in Browns Pointe/Ne Tacoma Wa. fixer

Hi this is Mario Mullen from Pristine Investments. I have a Big Beachfront Brownspoint home under contract. Arv is 750k Price 320k, Rehab 150k. 2bd,1ba 1,728sqft 9,325sqft lot. Mls has it 864sqft thats just the top floor the bottom floor has 864sqft also and ceiling is code for counting square footage.here are some links for pics and video of this great opportunity.
