The property is currently 13% occupied with 364 “down” units which can be brought on line for between $5,000 and $12,000 each. Estimated total renovations of $3,000,000.

Priced at $6,000,000 price, $13,500 per unit

The subject property is a 500,000 +/- sq. foot apartment complex consisting of twenty-seven brick and siding buildings in a chalet style. The majority of the units are large two and three bedroom units, many of them town homes. The complex is gated with a security booth and can be set up as a full security building.
