General Contractors Needed in Bergen County, NJ Area

I am an REO real estate agent in Bergen County & surrounding. I know everyone seems to be on a quest for this, but I need a good, reliable contractor with reasonable pricing for renovations on REO listings in Bergen County. Good work and prices could lead to multiple jobs. These aren't small projects either, I currently have a renovation going on in Park Ridge with an $85k budget.

The contractor will be responsible for submitting detailed and timely bids (preferably on anExcel speadsheet) on projects that the asset manager has to approve.

I would love to have a 'go to' contracting company that I can rely on and know will give me fair prices, good communication, and complete the jobs in a timely manner.
