Now that I have gotten your attention, let me try to keep it!! I am trying to team up with asset managers, sellers, DIRECT to seller (brokers) that can provide a consistent flow of commercial NPNs or PNs. (not sure if this post should be in here or the marketplace). If you are not direct to the seller, please do not waste your time or mine.
