HELLO BP Family! 

I have a great residential renovation that I must close next week.  I'm looking for a primary and secondary investor for a short term flip (4-6 months).  Home is in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Charlotte - SouthPark.  Older, dated home that needs new kitchen, baths and we are also going to convert a closed porch to a master suite.  This will add 1000 SF bringing the home to 3200.  

We will secure your investment with a Deed of Trust, Promissory Note, Title Insurance, and Builders risk insurance.  This is not my first flip, I have several going on and would like to work on additional projects.  This is a 6 month deal.  Prelim architectural drawings ready!
