You can rehab it, to make it into a $200k house, or just rent it out as is. For a rental it only requires 5k worth of work, ONLY if you have to make some minor cosmetic changes. Major update is of the Electric panel from 100 amps to a 200 amps. Paint already done in 80% of the house. 1/4 acres large treed lot, in a very stable and quiet neighborhood. It is an extremely desirable area where houses are hard to come by. Message me for the address. Rent is around 1650 for the area on the median side.
