You can rehab it, to make it into a $200k house, or just rent it out as is. For a rental it only requires 5k worth of work, ONLY if you have to make some minor cosmetic changes. Major update is of the Electric panel from 100 amps to a 200 amps. Paint already done in 80% of the house. 1/4 acres large treed lot, in a very stable and quiet neighborhood.
