Land leads in Maryland - looking for builder, developer

I have a few vacant land leads in Howard county and Montgomery. Looking for a builder who would be interested in processing those leads. I do not have them under contract, but I'm willing to help in any way in return to some learning experience. Any recommendations?

Land is plentiful and cheap in Montgomery County due to the impact taxes, so those leads might not do you any good.
