I have a property in Grand Junction, Colorado. It would make a great rental or flip. The house is currently occupied at 875/ Mo. Comps put the house at 142, and she is asking 130 but is willing to entertain offers. It does need new flooring and new paint. House is occupied so please do not disturb the tenant.
