My partner and I are looking to grow our flipping / rental business in Utah. Our current hard money lender is great but we are looking for a partner who can lend at something close to 90% pp and 100% rehab at 12%. We have a lot of flipping experience and are not new to the game. We want to take our business to the next level and need the right hard money lender to scale with.
