I have an experienced real estate investor client looking to rehab homes to buy, renovate, and hold. He is mainly looking in Essex County in the towns of Maplewood, Mllburn, and Montclair. Need at least 3 bedroom. Looking to buy in the $400,000 to $600,000 price range. They are using financing and already pre-approved. Property MUST  be in close proximity to public transportation, preferably train service.
