Hello,

I have experience doing maintenance for a Knoxville Landlord and would like to offer my services to investors in the Knoxville area.

I'd be available to work weekends on short notice (unless I'm in the mountains hiking).

Hit me up on BP and let's talk. I'm just looking for small financial payments but mostly to get in some good graces, pay my dues, and find some mentors/investor partners.

I can paint, take photos, spackle, lay laminate, minor plumbing, hang blinds/curtains/etc., cut grass, clean gutters, install/replace ceiling fans/lights....let me know.
