What is 1 Thing You Need To Buy A Large Apartment Building?

I quit my CPA job to buy large apartment buildings. I went from buying 0 units to now I have bought and sold over 1000 apartment units.

This road hasn't been easy, but I have built my successful business by following checklists, systems and a process.

You can read more about my background here: I quit my CPA Job to buy Large Apartment Buildings or listen to my BP podcast here: BP Podcast 135: Raising Money to Buy 1,000 Apartment Units with Brian Adams to learn more.

I am currently in a holding pattern with some deals, in the process of selling a 200+ unit deal and negotiating LOI's on several apartment building acquisitions totaling 820 units.

Not sure if it would be helpful to you, but if I shared one of my checklists or a process with you, what would be the one thing that would be helpful to you?

BP is a great forum and want to help someone move their business forward.
