Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 floor, separate entrances, grade C location (not in a big city or bad area, it is 20 minutes south of Columbus Ohio), built in the 90s (low maintenance), Each unit has its own utilities, ALL UNITS RENTED most recent tenant moved in 2 years ago!!!!

Rents are WAY to low no one is in an active lease (you can move them out or raise rent). My opinion for fair rent amount would be 515-550.  The guy who owns it is elderly and hasn't raised the rent in 12 years.
