Hello new friends!

I've been reading, listening, and learning on BP for a couple months now and am excited to start this new journey. Currently, I work in personal investing and am looking to expand my endeavors into real estate investing. 

I am interested primarily in flipping and wholesaling, but ready to learn any and all facets related to the Chicago market.
