My price is $41K

It doesn’t need much renovation. The interior walls need to be painted. You could refinish or update the kitchen cabinets depending on whether you resell or rent to a tenant. It may also need a refrigerator and/or some updates in the bathroom.

The toilet is new. The entire house has wood floors that are in great condition. Windows look good. Heating, water heater, etc are fine. The house was really well-maintained.
