I'm looking for a 20-50 Units. I'm looking for value-add properties. It can be an apartment building with 20-50 Units, or it can be a package deal of a row of  townhomes/duplex's. Looking to buy soon. Nothing 100% vacant. Preferably in Kensington/Fishtown , University City Area, West Philadelphia (Closer to University city as possible).
