I'm looking for a PROPERTY-AS IS - TO BUY AT ANY PRICE- CASH that is OFF MARKET.

Let me be specific about "OFF MARKET" - I am not interested if it is posted online as "off market" such as realtor.com or any other type of internet way. ONLY POCKET LISTING.

I'm based in Los Angeles California so all offers that are in San Bernardino or Riverside County will be a very high opportunity for this deal to work if due diligence seems right. I don't mind looking at anything else that is not in California but the chances I will take that deal at this moment is low.
