I like to give a great big hello to the BP family!!  I'm a newbie looking to gain experience wholesaling until eventually I can fund my deals myself.  I'm looking for mentors in both wholesaling and cash buying.  I attended a 3 day seminar.  I was given the templates for assignment contracts, but couldn't afford the additional payments for mentoring since I couldn't come up with the big money tour $$$. Lol.  I so look forward to meeting and hopefully working with many of you!

Hello @Tracey Little and welcome to BP! I wish I could offer you some good advice at the moment, unfortunately I am a newbie myself. I can tell you that this site offers great resources and info and I am willing to share the resources I receive. I posted a few hours ago about MD contract templates. Are you willing to share yours?
