We are buying several single family homes each month & often need a new group to do large scale mostly cosmetic rehabs. This will include installing kitchen cabinets, laminate countertops, plumbing fixtures, laminate flooring of various types, painting, & possessing the ability to do great quality finishing work. Most jobs last less than one month.We will require a current proof of insurance & workers compensation policies. We work strictly in Mahoning County & there will not be travel involved.
