I have a few properties that I NEED to sale asap!
I have 3 properties and each property puts out at least $1,000 per month

Roofs are all in excellent shape as well as interiors. All properties on exterior are in very good condition. These have been well-kept. Tenants are older gentlemen that take care of belongings with professions.

Each property comes furnished with working appliances in very good condition and washers and dryers for tenants.

One of the properties need basement repair of about $3k-$5k in repair, but it is already framed for 2-3 more tenants. You can make $1600+ a month.

I'm asking $115k for a package deal.

This gives you $3k/month in cash flow and properties can be paid off in 3 years.
You're not going to find better numbers.

This must sell fast. Please bring offers asap. Thanks.

Please PM me the addresses, breakdown of units / bed and bath count for all three properties, and rents for each.  Are these SFRs or multifamily ?
