Yesterday I cancelled a REPC for a 12 plus unit property along the Wasatch front (I was the buyer). I am actively looking to invest in multi-family properties. Will consider new construction, JV opportunities, wholesale deals, etc. If you have something you are currently trying to sell, buy or develop and would like to discuss please send me a connection request or otherwise respond to this post.
