Buying IG land in Salem, Oregon. Target price $50K-$125K per acre

Looking to source some IG (industrial general) land in Salem Oregon.  Looking at .5 acres up to 10 acres. Target price is $50,000 to $125,000.  Will consider a warehouse with extra land. 

Price depends on needed improvements, offsite work and or location.
